We are a close-knit boutique firm that takes a proactive, compassionate and respectful approach to Family Law and Estate Planning in Perth.

We are looking for a pro-active solicitor with between 2 – 4 years PAE, however for the right candidate we will consider applicants outside of this criteria.

Your role and responsibilities will include:

- Advising clients in relation to all aspects family law matters ranging from simple to complex, including financial settlements, child related matters, financial agreements and estate planning (not essential but preferable).
- Managing files autonomously and advising clients.
- Appearing in the Family Court of Western Australia.

Essential personal attributes:

- Excellent communication skills, both professional and friendly.
- An ability to work autonomously and with minimal supervision, as well as contributing to a relaxed team environment.
- An ability to manage files effectively and advise clients.
- A genuine interest in developing a long term career in Family Law.

The successful applicant will manage their own file load and have an opportunity to progress their career within the practice.
