Aurora Retreats was founded from a passion for travel and self improvement. Aurora Retreats started out as The VitalityFit program, a program specifically designed for women to address their health and fitness behaviour as well as their mindset so that they could feel confident, energised and happy within themselves. This program was a great success and women took fantastic learnings about themselves and implemented often significant changes in their life, particularly around how they look after themselves, as a result of the program.
