The ideal candidates will meet all or most of the following criteria

99 ATAR or above (Ideally)

Academic achievement in English, Mathematics , Sciences (Physics, Chemistry, Human Biology).

Able to commit Saturday mornings to early afternoons

Have own transport to venues south of river

Committed to maintaining the highest level of teaching standards

Tutoring experience in some or all of the above subjects

Columbus Tutoring is looking for a responsible and organised individual for the
position of “Customer Service Manager” at Columbus Tutoring. In this
position you will play a crucial role in the interaction with customers and manage
the activities at the tutoring centres during the week.

Role requirements include but not limited to:

- Provide customer support during the shift both in person and over the phone, e.g. following up customer enquiries and scheduling classes.
- Opening, setting up (chairs, tables) and closing tutoring venues 2 days per week (Tuesday evenings, Saturday mornings).
- Collection and follow up of payments from customers (in person and via phone).
- Marking off staff and customer attendance.
- Liaising with owners, communicating and reporting any issues.

Remuneration
- Hourly wage of $25/hr including Superannuation.

What we are looking for
- Friendly, calm, organised and reliable personality.

- ExcellentGood interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Available Tuesdays from 4 to 7pm and Saturdays from 9am to 2pm.
- Available for 10 minutes before and after shift to open and close venues.
- Able to provide own transport to centres located in Bull Creek.
