Yesterday, CPSU/CSA members braved the cold, wet weather, turning out in force to rally at Solidarity Park and fight against Government's harmful proposal to privatisatise Supported Community Living (SCL) Group Homes. 💪 This decision would not only impact some of the most vulnerable members of our community but will also leave 300 Social Trainers, out of a job. 𝗦𝗛𝗔𝗠𝗘! ❌

We thank all those who attended and extend an extra special thank you to SCL Delegate, Danielle Baker, who shared her heartfelt story and spoke truth to power about how harmful Government's decision to privatise SCL homes is for those who rely on this essential service; their families and for the workers who have spent careers building strong, valued relationships with them.

Enough is enough. We implore Minister Hannah Beazley to shelve this proposal immediately. 🛑✋
