Who we work with says a lot about who we are.
For 75 years, Programmed has supported some of Australiaβs most recognised brands, partnering with organisations that are themselves deeply rooted in Australian communities and history.
Typifying this is our longstanding relationship with Cement Australia, founded in 1890. For more than six decades, weβve provided workforce and labour hire services that support safe, reliable and productive operations.
Built on a shared commitment to safety, quality and reliability, this partnership has grown alongside the needs of the cement industry β and has allowed Cement Australia to reduce downtime, improve productivity and enhance safety.
In 2023, we celebrated with Cement Australia as they marked 100 years of operations at their Railton site in Tasmania β a milestone that also reflects the people behind the partnership. Our very own Peter Flight, who began his career as a Trade Assistant at the Railton site in 1980 before leaving as our Tasmanian State Manager 33 years later in 2013, helped shape the strong working relationship that continues today. He is pictured on the right at the 100-year celebration, alongside Cement Australia Production Manager Garry Bissett.
This partnership has been a cornerstone of the success of both organisations, and we look forward to providing quality services for decades to come.
