🌅Capturing breathtaking views over Port Coogee was a must when we designed this incredible home. Upstairs there is a living room complete with built-in bar and kitchenette, as well as a spacious outdoor entertaining deck ideal for those balmy summer evenings.

🤩Downstairs incorporates the more traditional combined living/ kitchen room leading out to the pool and surrounds.

🏖The pool is cleverly placed to capture as much sun as possible whilst still remaining protected from the summer sea breeze and harsh winter storms.
