Chad and his support worker, Tom, had an absolute ball catching the Red Hot Chili Peppers tribute band live.
There's something special about live music and just being out in the world doing something you love.

If you're an NDIS participant wanting more of these moments, or if you're exploring what your funding can help you do, we'd love to chat. Head to the link to start the referral process. It's simpler than you'd think. https://wkf.ms/4sClDYf

Carl and Sally had the best time in the city last week. Pigeons, coffee, and good company.

If you'd like support to get out and about, or if you're exploring what's possible with NDIS funding, we'd love to chat. Head to the link right here to start the referral process. https://wkf.ms/4sClDYf

What a night. 🩵

The Together Now WA team attended the HeartKids WA Gala Ball, and we're still smiling about it. Over 700 guests came together to celebrate families across WA living with childhood-onset heart disease (CoHD), and to recognise the organisations and individuals doing the work every day.

We were proud to be in the room, prouder still to be recognised alongside so many people who give so much. Thank you to HeartKids - WA for an incredible evening, and to every member of our community who showed up in sequins, corsages, and their very best.

Say hello to the team behind Together Now WA! A team full of personality, creativity, and individuality, working together and having fun along the way.

We're proud of the culture we've built and even prouder of the people in it.

Last weekend, our youth crew and their support workers loaded into the TNWA van and headed to the Swan Valley Adventure Centre for Camp Ignite. 🌿

A raft they built with their own hands and paddled down the river. Archery. A flying fox over 100 metres. A commando course full of rope swings and tunnels. A lot of moments where kids surprised themselves.

A huge thank you to the team at Swan Valley Adventure Centre for looking after our crew so well!

If this looks like your kid's kind of weekend, sign up to our mailing list and you'll be the first to hear about the next CGE and how to grab a spot: https://wkf.ms/4diMioo

Meet Tilly! She's our brand new accessible minibus, and she's here to get our community where it needs to go. Tilly will help people with disabilities, NDIS participants, and their families access transport that works for them, right here in Ballajura and the City of Swan.

A big thanks to The Market Place Ballajura IGA, who put $1000 towards getting Tilly wrapped up and ready for the road. That's real community support.

Want to help keep Tilly on the move and get more people connected? Head to https://togethernowwa.org.au/donate/ and chip in.

Kahtye’s respite stay brought all the good stuff! Fresh air, new skills, and a chance to try something different while building confidence and independence.

A supportive stay away from home where participants can grow, connect, and experience something new, while carers take a well-earned break is what STR (Short-Term Respite) is all about.
