Working in an international, multicultural environment does present a unique set of challenges, to which only a select few people will succeed and excel . The satisfaction of completing a project, and leaving the personnel with a new skill set that will not only benefit the employer with higher production and reduced costs; but also improve the lives of the people with an insight of their own personal development.
