🏁 2025/26 PSW Series – Official Notice

The Pro Speedcar Group (PSG), management team of the Pro Speedcar Week (PSW), regret to advise that the series will not proceed for the 2025/26 season.

Following its return and two strong and encouraging years, several strategic adjustments were introduced this season — including aligning with mainstream Sprintcar events and scheduling changes — to further promote the Speedcar class. However, despite positive momentum and exciting developments within the class, including the addition of NAPA Speedway in Adelaide this November, competitor commitment to the PSW has unfortunately declined.

We hold deep respect for the high standards the PSW Series strives to deliver — not only to the world-class tracks that support us, but also to our valued corporate partners. With a limited number of drivers seeking commitment to a full series campaign this season, we cannot guarantee the on-track quality that our series, venues, and the incredible Speedcar class deserves.

As a result, PSW will take a one-year break while we reassess, regroup, and plan for the future.

“While this temporary pause isn’t ideal, it gives us a real opportunity to reset, work with Speedcars Australia, listen to the competitors, and work collaboratively to deliver a bigger and better series in 2026.

We must thank those who did express interest and were keen to support the series and division, you guys have been amazing but unfortunately the numbers declined for whatever reason to a level that was challenging for us to make it work this year.

The PSG team — including passionate volunteers Trav (Travis Mills), Andy (Andy Pearce), and myself — remain fully committed to promoting and growing Speedcar racing. We’re disappointed to miss this season, but excited to support the class through other avenues, especially as Speedcars share centre stage at NAPA later this year.”

We sincerely thank our supporters, venues, and partners for their ongoing belief in PSW. We look forward to returning stronger in 2026 and continuing our shared mission of growing Speedcar racing across the region.

PSW 2025/26 Contracted Expressions of interest are closing soon!

The PSW provides an amazing opportunity to put Speedcar Racing on the National radar with 4 big rounds of racing and 2 of these nights being held alongside the iconic Speedweek Tour.
