WILDFLOWER LUNCH | STATE BUILDINGS
Introducing Wildflower’s new à la carte lunch.
Guided by the rhythm of the Noongar seasons, the menu reflects the land’s beauty and abundance, with each dish shaped by the finest seasonal produce and thoughtful craftsmanship.
Now in Djeran, the season of adulthood, Wildflower turns to richer, nourishing flavours for the cooler months. Begin with sourdough and wattleseed butter, snapper with red back ginger and buttermilk, or Pemberton marron with native lemongrass, fennel and scallop.
For mains, choose from wagyu with saltbush, potato and onion, potato gnocchi with wattleseed and vegan cheese, or pork belly with lemon myrtle, fig and mustard seeds.
For those who wish to linger longer, Wildflower’s signature four, six and eight-course menus remain available, with paired wines.
Available for lunch Wednesday to Friday.
