It got real dark real quick - it's alright though, that's kinda my aesthetic

First individual team set off the ranks is Jim Read Racing.

This team had an incredible session taking out the Group C comp. In between runs it was a pleasure to watch the pit crews rip the car apart and get it back together with reach run being faster than the last.

Congratulations on the win and best of luck with the rest of the season team!

Full album from Australian National Drag Racing Association Grand Final at the Perth Motorplex a couple of weeks back

Did things a little different this time around, rather than getting all the action I focussed on the teams and pit crews doing what they do best. While everyone loves seeing the cars go down the strip we often forget theres entire teams behind them tearing apart the car and putting it back together again after each pass.

I wanted to highlight some of these incredible people.
A few caught me and gave me a smile too!

Sorry I've been away for a little while, life has a funny way of catching up with you!

I've been taking a lot of photos recently and have a bit of a backlog to get through. What can you expect to see from me coming up?

Thank goodness its a long weekend this weekend so I can get through it all!

I've also entered 4 photos into the Sony Australia Sony Alpha Awards in 2 categories. (fingers crossed!)

I'll try to get used to posting more often on FB, as someone who doesn't really use social media personally remembering to stay active on here is something I'm going to need to get used to!

Late last year I went out of the big smoke and headed into the bush to see a friends colleague compete in Mogumber bull ride. It's been years since I saw a bull riding competition but thought to myself it's a good chance to get some photos you don't normally get to take!
