More West Aussies are entering the housing market, with First Home Owner Grant applications hitting a record 1,642 in December.

These impressive numbers follow the announcement of our $20,000 Building Bonus, and other support measures on offer through the McGowan Government.

The grants have also boosted our local building industry, providing an ongoing pipeline of work and protecting the 65,000 local jobs in the residential construction sector throughout the pandemic.

Our Government is committed to making home ownership more accessible to more Western Australians, and making sure our building and construction industry stays strong into the future.
