We've been working with Millennium Kids to capture their Green Lab project, empowering young people to take climate action into their own hands through practical steps. We sat down to capture the stories of the students at Perth College and how they have implemented Green Lab into their school.

Working with Kin to tell their story gave us a great insight into the importance and depth of their work. Kin is a small organisation with a big vision and endless determination to ensure all people from all cultural backgrounds have access to culturally appropriate support in their own language. Kin Disability Advocacy work in a real niche, as most organisations either support people living with disabilities OR support people from diverse backgrounds. Kin brings both together and with this service are crucial for this group of people who otherwise would fall through the gaps. Kin advocates explain that they work with interpreters to ensure that their clients can access information in their own language.

Annual Reports are not so prevalent in the design world anymore - especially not printed versions, so it was great to finalise both the print-ready and online accessible versions of the DFES Annual Report. While there is something great about hard copies, the online version complies with digital accessibility guidelines W3CAG AA ensuring the report is accessible to all people.

Our video team has been out and about shooting some new stories for the City of Melville. They're so good even the quenda wants to take a peek!

We spent the day filming with Green Lab, an initiative of Millenium Kids to encourage young people to slow down, observe and take in the beauty of their environment, leading to a greater appreciation and care of the environmental future.
Using education, community planting, and monitoring programs, kids will develop a network of Green Labs across Perth, contributing to a cooler climate and creating habitat for native birds and animals.

Meet the Martians!
Alexei is our strategist and brand specialist.

Alexei studied professional writing and graphic design at university and gained experience in both a studio and corporate context quickly after graduation. As a writer, she has a published work for the Invictus Games Foundation sitting in Buckingham Palace and the National Library of Australia. Her focus on problem-solving, strategy and innovation led to her being certified by Level C – the world’s leading brand education program.

Alexei is passionate about her social change clients and has worked on the ground with changemakers for the last two years across the areas of human rights, accessibility & inclusion, education, environment, health & wellbeing, and Indigenous initiatives. Alexei is also the Deputy Chair of the School of Built Environment and Design Advisory Board at Curtin University.
