Project: Tank Lift & Floor Replacement

Our team completed a challenging and high-precision job on a 70-year-old, 40-tonne hydrocarbon tank. Lifting it 1.5 meters, using pneumatic systems (a collection of interconnected components using compressed air), removing the base course, and converting the floor from a “cone up” to a “cone down” configuration. The project included full replacement with a new laser-cut floor and meticulous weld testing.

Scope Highlights:
✔️ Air bridge disengaged and safe pneumatic lift
✔️ Concrete ring beam correction and accurate civil works
✔️ Full floor replacement, welds, non-destructively tested
✔️ Complete conformance with API653
