Something a bit different I whipped up the other day.
I ground up some Cheetos cheese n bacon balls, Flamin hot cheetos and Nacho cheese Doritos to coat the chicken.
Soaked the chicken in butter milk for around 5 hours then coated liberally.
Smoked in the Weber Kettle with apple wood.
Turned out pretty good and loved the zing from the flamin hot cheetos coating😋
