🌟 Celebrate the small wins 🌟
Yesterday I got out my owl diffuser and plugged it in for the first time in our bedroom. I diffused gentle baby and stressaway essential oil blends for a short period on a few occasions and played a relaxing white noise song during feeds. Last night after bath time, I played the white noise song again and Chloe (14 weeks old) slept for NINE hours! 🙌 🥳
Every time a baby is born in our birth pool, I cross off a number on the side. A gentle reminder of how many babies are gently born into the world.
This time, as I cross off number 4, I remember back to the end of October when I experienced the calm, gentle birth of my own beautiful baby girl. Just as nature intended ❤️
