R&D Solutions Celebrates 16 Years of Success and Growth

Earlier this month, the team at R&D Solutions came together to celebrate a significant milestone—16 years of dedicated service and continuous growth. The occasion was marked with festivities across various locations, highlighting the company’s journey and future aspirations.

At the Perth office, staff enjoyed a celebratory moment with Russell and Doug sharing a laugh as they cut the cake, sipping coffee and indulging in party pies alongside their colleagues. The atmosphere was lively, reflecting on the years gone by and the many achievements along the way.

Similar celebrations took place in Canning Vale, Brisbane, and Chinchilla, where the spirit of camaraderie and sharing a joke was on display. Russell described the journey as a "roller coaster," acknowledging the many challenges and successes that have shaped the company.

Both Russell and Doug emphasised that the backbone of any thriving organization is its staff. “Great staff are what make any organisation flourish,” they noted, as they highlighted the vital role of the Service Centres and Field teams who serve as the face of R&D Solutions to customers.

Acknowledging the support of their clients, they emphasized that customer trust in their ability to meet needs has been instrumental in facilitating growth across Australia. Without this faith, reaching new heights would not have been possible.

However, at 42.00” OD, the Torque Turn Machine at R&D Solutions Canning Vale Service Centre was the better option. Special thanks go to Daniel Majkic, R&D Solutions Pressure Test Supervisor, who captured images of a 42.00” Rock Bit being broken out prior to preservation and storage for a major international operator.
