I had been following Amongst Men on Socials & one night I was attending a Latin dance event when I bumped into Douglas, the founder, whilst they were rehearsing for a show in the city.

I was guided by my heart to speak & found out that this was in total alignment with where I wanted to go. I was seeking growth and evolution. I wanted to break through any blocks that were stunting my progress, I wanted to perform and elevate my dancing, I wanted to challenge my boundaries and break through them... and so I did!

I became more disciplined in areas pertaining to finance, organisation & attention to detail in accordance with my goals.

I grew my business, I launched an app that I was procrastinating on for over 2 years & I became more confident in my ability to perform in front of hundreds of people.

My general aura is more open & welcoming to others having undertaken this program. I'm more open in my energy to welcome better things and to attract them into my world.

Would I recommend this movement?
Yes!
To any man seeking brotherhood, who lacks discipline & accountability. To anyone struggling or feeling lost, if you lack structure & want to break through any plateaus in life and desire to EXCELL on a higher level, THIS IS THE SPACE.

Masculinity can never be toxic.

Men and women both have the capacity to have toxic behaviours. These are individuals who express toxic behaviours, not the whole collective.

If a man was to abuse a woman in public, masculinity is called upon to bring peace and order.

If war wages & the country needs people to protect it, masculinity is called upon to protect and serve.

If a woman is feeling unsafe walking the streets in the middle of the night, the presence of her man walking next to her is going to make her feel safe.

Let's stop giving energy to labels that don't serve men like "Toxic Masculinity"

Let's embrace all the facets of masculinity & have more compassion & understanding for men.
