Build your life across 4 lanes:

* One you work in - your income (career)
* One you work on - your growth (purpose)
* One you work for - something bigger than you (giving back)
* One that works for you - what fuels you (passion - like TurleyBooks.) 📚🍌🥷🏴‍☠️🦈

They’ll evolve - and that’s okay. But have all four. They give you balance, direction, and options when life shifts.

Most people wait. You don’t need to.

There’s a lion in you - wake it up, and comfort won’t cut it anymore. 🦁

⏳No perfect timing. No green light coming.🚦

Start small. Start messy. Just start… today.

Proud, grateful, emotional… this week reminded me why I started WHAT4 Services

What began two years ago has grown into something far bigger than I ever imagined.
After our first full school season last year - 4 states, 22 schools and over 4,500 students - the message continues to spread and reach people who genuinely need it.

Wednesday at Fremantle College, I brought along a young man I’ve been mentoring who’s already doing some amazing work in his own right - Dylan Thomas. Seeing the way the students and staff connected with him was incredible, and the school is already looking to bring him back to share his own story in the future.

Thursday I returned to Boddington DHS, where Principal Mel Hughes has gone out of her way to help share this message with principals across the Southwest region.

Then yesterday at Bridgetown High School, a few young men opened up to me about some very heavy struggles - prison in the family, suicidal thoughts, feeling lost and unsure where to turn.

This is exactly what What4.Org Ltd was created for, we’ll be bringing two of those young men to our What4 ‘Winter Soul Search’ Retreat in Dwellingup this August completely free of charge.

That’s what this is about.

-Giving back.
-Creating hope.
-Helping people realise they are not alone.

I can’t wait to show these young men there is still so much life ahead of them and so many people willing to support them.

To finish off the week - Driving to Kalgoorlie tomorrow to speak to 230 senior students at John Paul College on Monday morning.

To be able to take this message into regional communities means everything to me.

If you’re in a position to help others in any way - do it.

-Mentor someone.
-Check in on people.
-Support local programs.
-Sponsor opportunities for young people.
-Be someone who listens.

You never truly know the impact a small act of support can have on another person’s life.
