As a child I watched him, A MASTER BAKER making dough, moulding and baking it, as I grew up he entrusted me with more responsibility until I was myself a qualified Baker. I believe the art of making Bread has suffered over the years at the hands of technology and I want to share my passion and skills and keep the art of making REAL BREAD alive..
