Another new project is about to get underway in Shenton Park
The rear section of this 1930's weatherboard house will be demolished and an extension added that will include a large new kitchen, living and dining area, this area of the house will have a high raked ceiling with highlight windows all along the top to leave in the natural light and ventilation.
The existing kitchen and living area will be converted into a new bathroom,ensuite and laundry. A large timber deck alfresco will also be added
