As we dive into another major renovation, it's always nice to revisit one we completed a few years ago in Nedlands. . There is great satisfaction in being able to rejuvenate these chatacter homes and their existing details and replicate them when necessary. Especially in a time when alot of these skills are disappearing. Here we had the lead light windows restored and recreated the textured plaster finish. We also saved as many of the ceiling roses and recreated the plasterglass cornice details, which are real treats to the feel of this home.
