This role will consist of working along side the Planning Manager to assist in the preparation of tenders & cost control.

The appropriate candidate will have the following
- 3 years+ Project Administration
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, both written & orally
- Possess strong numerical skills, with Microsoft Excel
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Have planning, prioritisation & coordination skills
- Have a positive workplace attitude
- P6 Primavera experience – Desirable
- Experience in Tender preparation – Desirable
- Experience with Rail would be advantageous

- Drivers License (C Class)

- CAT 777, 789, 793 experience essential
- Strong attitude to Health and Safety
- Ability to pass Pre-Employment Medical
- Ongoing Drug & Alcohol screenings
