The idea for Soul Pops came about after we stumbled upon an article in the New York Times about the recent rebirth of the old school classic - the popsicle (icy pole). We realised that with the abundence of fantastic fruit available in Australia coupled with our long, hot summers - we had an opportunity to create something very special for the Perth market. Whilst we love the traditional favourite
