皆様、どんな元日を過ごされましたか？

私は初詣に海に行き、お気に入りのフィンとウェットスーツで潜ったり、浜辺で本を読みながら色々とひらめいたり、龍神様の使いのトカゲ君に挨拶したり。

午後には執筆したり、ご挨拶のメッセージやアドミの仕事をしたりして、とても充実した日を過ごせました。

やってるDoingだけじゃなく、在り方としてのBeing、毎日こう在りたい、って思える日になりました。最高の年初めです。

Yoga is an activity available for anyone of all ages, especially Yin Yoga, where we will be supported by lots of props to immerse ourselves in carefully crafted postures to target specific meridian (energy pathways) in our body, based on Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Coupled with Tenille Bentley's unique sound therapy, you'll be treated to a night of truly relaxing experience.
