Happy New Year everyone, I hope you're off to a great start in 2023. I'd like to announce our first Rooftop Retreat for new year coming up on 1st Feb. This may be our one and only retreat this season so please make the most it and join in if you can!

I will guide you through a juicy Rooftop Flow accompanied by electronic melodies that will lead us deep into the body and connect us to our sacred frequency. Stick around for a bite to eat and movie post practice.
