Over the weekend, we had the privilege of teaching a group of committed students practical hypnosis techniques that can help create real, lasting change.

We explored how hypnosis can be used to let go of unwanted habits, change limiting beliefs, reduce stress and anxiety, build confidence, improve performance and support people in achieving the outcomes that matter most to them.

One of the most rewarding parts of teaching is watching students develop their skills and confidence over the three days, then leave knowing they have the tools to make a genuine difference in their own lives and the lives of others.

Another financial year coming to a close in our business. 12 years in and we are SO GRATEFUL for every single student, client, assistant and trainer that we have crossed paths with over the years.

its astounding to think that we have run HUNDREDS OF TRAININGS - teaching hypnosis, NLP, Time Line Therapy®, Coaching, mindset, Quantum physics and so much more and we are just as passionate as ever to continue bringing these tools to more students in the future.

I used to be the main cheerleader at the back of every single training laughing at Jeremy's dad jokes before he was even a dad and waiting excitedly to step in and help out with exercises and practice sessions. Now I've stepped into a new role as a mum, but just as much of a cheerleader to all of our students.

I love reading your tests, getting training updates from Jeremy and corresponding with you all via text, phone and email.
