Sleep Angel saved us! I do not know what we would have done without Genevieve.
We were desperate and could not keep going with things the way they were with our 5mo boy who was waking 6-10 times a night often waking for bottles or screaming or parties!
Genevieve spent all 3 nights with our baby gently soothing him and providing him reassurance while he learnt how to self settle and join his sleep cycles, while we were able to get some sleep ourselves.
Genevieve is a wealth of knowledge in sleep and sleep psychology and has done a lot of work in research.
The first night Genevieve patiently guided Jamie to settle himself for 2hrs before he fell asleep. Each time he woke this time got shorter and shorter to just a few minutes. By the time Genevieve left our nights were picture perfect!
One week later our baby is now sleeping through the night and his naps are perfect throughout the day. I am no longer nap trapped and have the capacity to spend time with my partner and other child. Both kids in bed asleep by 7:30!
We are a much happier family!!!
Sleep is so so so important and can impact on all sorts of things.
We were also provided some written guidelines specific to our babies needs which have helped to guide us after Genevieve worked her magic in our home.
Genevieve was worth every dollar and we wish we had found her sooner!
