It’s officially 4 weeks until Christmas, so here’s the “very serious, long and not fun but important” info you need if you plan on visiting us ⬇️

Our last day in the salon is MONDAY December 23 & We are closed December 24 - January 3 (inclusive)

Our ONLY appointments available are the ones listed on the website, if there isn’t anything there - there isn’t an appointment 🙁 good news is, you can jump on our cancellation waitlist online!

Can’t see your regular stylist? All of our team are INCREDIBLE. We are all professionals with a high standard (Have your met our boss? She’s got the highest standards of all, that’s why we’re here ❤️)
We all work for the same business. We all work together. We all have the ability to look after you.

Need to cancel? Need to reschedule? Please give us plenty of notice by calling, texting or emailing. Don’t message your stylist, that’s not how we communicate efficiently and if they’re working all day, they won’t see it.

Late cancel? No show? It’s not fair on any of us, or our other clients who are waiting to simply ghost us. It’s extra unfair to abuse us for enforcing our cancellation policy. Stevie will protect us from that behaviour with her life. Literally.

Although we have just had renovations, we still don’t have the space for plus ones and kiddos, so please leave them at home 🎅🏼

If you plan on changing your service, we only have the time for what is booked in, so please don’t be disappointed if we can’t work magic in time we don’t have 🧡

If you need a Christmas gift, we have vouchers online - treat your favourite person, we will love them as much as you do 🎁
