Some days Z and I just have chillout days but today we - went to get provisions to make Z Chicken veggie meatballs, washed the floors , cooked up a egg veggie pie quiche for lunch and to eat later in the week , getting washing done (washing on a rotating cycle wash , dry repeat

Z had had a bath and all achieved before 3pm

This is what leadership looked like in one quiet walk to school.

In 2022, an 11-year-old girl with Down syndrome in Gostivar, North Macedonia, became the center of a national controversy after parents of other students objected to her classroom integration.

Reports said the girl had been isolated from shared classes after a boycott by some parents.

Then then-President Stevo Pendarovski stepped in.

He visited her family, spoke with her parents about the challenges they were facing, and walked with the girl to her school while holding her hand.

It was a small gesture physically, but a huge one publicly.

His message was clear: children with disabilities do not just deserve access to education. They deserve to feel welcome, equal, and safe in the classroom.

Because bullying is not always one cruel sentence or one shove in the hallway. Sometimes it is exclusion. Sometimes it is adults deciding a child is easier to separate than to support.
