Bella turned her passion for hospitality into a cocktail that reflects her journey, from her beginnings at DoubleTree by Hilton Perth Northbridge to bringing her own creative vision behind the bar.

The Julio’s Tea Garden Martini blends Dilmah English Breakfast & Green Tea, Don Julio Blanco, and strawberry purée, finished with a sugar and tea rim and dried strawberry garnish. Bright, thoughtful and expressive, it is a true celebration of creativity, community and growth.
