Hi, I’m Shell from Shell Marie Kinesiology.

I work with ambitious parents and professionals who are tired of carrying stress, emotional overwhelm and inherited patterns that impact the way they show up in life, relationships and parenting.

Using the body’s own intelligence, I help people uncover the root of what’s keeping them stuck so they can experience more calm, connection, confidence and emotional freedom, without passing unwanted patterns onto the people they love most.

This week, a beautiful soul dropped back into her body for the first time in years.

The shift was so raw she felt physically pinned to the table by the sheer weight of her accumulated tension.

For decades, she lived slightly out of her body just to survive.

When life became too overwhelming, her mind did the only safe thing it knew: it checked out.

But the body holds onto everything.

Beneath her soft, loving exterior, a hidden rage had been quietly building up.

That rage isn’t a flaw it is only there to protect her, acting as a fierce boundary to keep her safe.

In my Kinesiology practice, we bypass the overthinking mind completely.

We work directly with the fascia and the nervous system to safely dissolve these heavy, trapped survival stories.

This is the journey back to yourself.

It is where you learn to trust your body, identify your needs, and realise it is safe to have them met.

You get to stop surviving, let go of the hidden weight, and finally be the present, grounded mum and partner you deeply desire to be.
