Brendan Atkinson knives

She's a big one, compared to my normal size Bowie 😯 Rough grinds in now for Heat treatment, hope it fits in the dewar.

Just finished in time for Christmas.
Nitro V stainless steel Bowie with stainless steel fittings and a Red gum burl handle.

I know I've been a little quiet on the old Instagram, but I have been working on a few bits. I've just recently finished a wedding set for some great friends of ours. The set comprises of a cake knife made from 440c stainless steel with a spiral fluted maple wood burl handle and stainless fittings and a cake server also made from 440c stainless steel with a maple burl spiral fluted handle and stainless steel fittings.
The maple wood box was made by the brides father and I 3d printed a insert for the box that was then flocked.

Found a bit of time to spend on the large Bowie today, managed to get one side upto 1500 grit. I'll leave at this for now and I'll do a final finishing hand sand when the rest of the knife is complete.
