A man has been rescued by neighbours following a house fire in Lancelin.
Neighbours rescued the man from the house by breaking a window before emergency services arrived.
The drama unfolded just before midnight when firefighters were called to the fire at the single-storey duplex.
It took firefighters about 90 minutes to bring the blaze under control.
