The "cake" is made by stacking delicious cheese wheels in assorted sizes,colours and textures to resemble a tiered cake. It can then be decorated with either fresh flowers, fruit, nuts, ribbon and served with crackers,fresh bread and of course wine or perhaps a local port. We are excited to annouce that we have partnered with European Foods Wholesalers Australia and our new location will be none other than the largest cheese fridge in Australia.
Our Cheese stylists will be on hand every Saturday at the Cheese Cathedral between 10am and 2pm for all your cheese questions. For private bookings please direct message us.
