The last day brought amazing results and a ripper end to the weekend.

We had the main man himself punching his ticket to the CrossFit Games, podium finishes from and .

“The Sheriff” had an exciting first day and most of us lost our voices watching him smash a 111kg Sn**ch.

featured in the last heat over the weekend and made us very proud.

BIG RON pushed herself in some heavy workouts and showed us she always gets it done with a smile on her face.

and PB’d their Sn**ch on the big stage and fought hard through the weekend.

Our amazing team .fitness had a blast and worked so well together, watching them was one of the many highlights of the weekend.

All of these results were just the cherry on top of an amazing weekend that showcased the main reason we all do this crazy sport which is THE COMMUNITY! The cheer squad was everything and loves every single person that supports the gym ❤️🖤🤍
