Timber Craft Doors

Well it's been a wonderful ride but it's time for a change of career. We started Custom Design's 16 years ago specialising in kitchen's, shoji screens and solid timber doors and I've been a carpenter for over 20 years. I've built some amazing projects including my own house and it's been wonderful working from home. Times are changing in the timber industry and the Australian government would like to end native logging by 2030. We have noticed timber prices just continue to increase due to the timber shortages, some timbers are becoming increasingly hard to get and the building boom is also contributing towards timber shortages. Thank you to all of our wonderful customers that have supported us over the years, we are looking forward to new opportunities in the future 😀
