We are back after the Easter break! Unwind after a busy week and join us this Friday for a relaxing full body stretch class. The focus is on slowing down, inner reflection and relaxation. This week we are practising gentle moves to loosen up tight leg muscles.

This Friday we have our first Relax and Restore yoga class. It is a very gentle class- we practice at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing. You will be encouraged to slow down and fully relax. No previous experience required. Drops ins welcome🧘♀️
