What I look like lately featuring my cat

Sorta an update post I guess

Despite the horrors- I've been working hard on commissions (which are still very open btw! Check my page for info) & working towards putting money aside for merch orders despite only having 1 confirmed convention on the books for this year (thank you !)

My comic is also coming along, as well as a supplemental one shot comic as I have my fingers and toes and whole body crossed that I'll get into PCAF, I'll hopefully have those printed by next month.
Mental health isn't great, I'm doing all I can but it's hard to improve when the cause is both way out of my control and completely unpredictable as well as being unlikely to resolve in a way where I'm respected and treated equally BUT

With saying that- I will be moving away in 2 years at the very latest if all goes well, l've got a lot to do in that time and l've gotta work hard to save but it's looking manageable and will end this repeating cycle I find myself in since the problem comes from societal sources that can't chase me to another continent (obviously moving countries brings new challenges but I'm ready 💪) wish me luck!

& I'll be away again in November setting up things with friends and family overseas so that when I get there it's an easier transition
Anyway, until then I'll be working on commissions, doing any convention I can & saving up so I can finally thrive quietly and comfortably. My confidence is a little down since l've been waitlisted and missed out on a few but l'm trying to keep my head up- it's a little scary since this is my full time job and only source of income but I understand the scene is huge now & I gotta miss out sometimes.
