Know that any trials and tribulations you feel your soul is safe. 🤍
You are loved and it is fully protected. 🥳
Know that on this Realm nothing is permanent people, places, things come and go.
Love is a sentimental value be mindful. send them light and love but don’t love them more than you LOVE yourself ever.

This is how I spend my Autumn 🍂 Sunsets these days… swimming, sun gazing nurturing my nervous system ready for a good night sleep taking my puppies for a walk. Life is good away from the noise away from the drama… away from the identity of being Elly 🙄
