We stand with the rest of the nation in calling for “stronger measures to recognise, protect and maintain all aspects of First Nations cultures and heritages.”

Zenith is proud to be a partner in the Hale Nulsen Youth Patron Programme. This program enables tomorrows leaders to gain an in depth understanding of the amazing work Nulsen Group does for people with disabilities in our community and enables students to personally engage with Nulsen residents through the programme.

This is a significant development, and we are thrilled to be engaged with such a competent and enthusiastic team that are driven to bring about short and long-term benefits for our entire industry.

Something that brokers, insurance industry experts and the retirement living industry have all clearly communicated is that our industry needs to get better at using data to create a comprehensive risk-management profile.

Many underwriters, insurers and unfortunately even brokers do not understand the ins and outs of a retirement village and the significant risk management that is inherent in the design of a village.

This may not come as a surprise - these same insurers, underwriters and brokers see retirement living as aged care. Residential aged care has a much different risk profile when compared with retirement living, and I am pleased to say that Zenith and Lockton readily understand this.

Both of these organisations have extensive experience working with our industry. They understand our business and what we do and have a track record to back this up.
