Join us for the launch of Dusk at 11 Acre Farm, a new dinner series celebrating the connection between seasonal produce, local chefs and the stories behind every ingredient.
To kick off the series, our Executive Head Chef Eddie Bulatao will join Fendi B**g from The Good Paddock to create a one-night-only dining experience inspired by what's growing, foraged and flourishing right now.
The evening begins with a guided tour of 11 Acre Farm before sunset, giving guests the chance to wander the gardens, meet the farm and discover the ingredients that will soon become dinner.
As dusk settles, you'll gather around the table for a shared feast that celebrates the season, local produce and the rich cultural influences that shape both chefs' approach to food.

Last week, we welcomed inbound tourism operators to Gather Foods HQ as part of the Tourism WA SandTalk event, showcasing Gatherโs authentic and immersive cultural experiences.
Guests were immersed in a bush tucker experience, sharing the knowledge systems and sustainable practices that have shaped this land for over 60,000 years, while tasting native ingredients firsthand.
The experience flowed into a three-course dinner, led by Head Chef Eddie Bulatao and his team โ bringing native flavours into contemporary dishes.
Guests were also among the first to try our newest dessert โ toasted coconut & lime pannacotta, finished with green ant gel.

The Joondalup Contemporary Art Gallery set the scene for the official launch of Joondalup Festival 2026 this month, and we were glad to be there catering the evening with selections from our native-inspired stand-up menu.
Guests were also treated to a sneak peek of A Day with David by Christine de Grancy โ intimate photographs of David Bowie in Vienna, offering a quiet glimpse behind the icon.
Thanks to the City of Joondalup - Government for having us along.
