𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗤𝘂𝗶𝗽 🚜🐄 We recently supplied a custom modular conveying solution for a cattle producer seeking a more reliable, high-capacity feeding system designed to improve efficiency & keep operations moving smoothly.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲: Their existing conveyor setup couldn’t manage the required material volume, leading to frequent blockages, downtime & inefficient feed delivery.

𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Our team designed & built a custom short ModQuip Belt Feeder positioned beneath the client’s feed mixer outlet, paired with a longer belt conveyor, to efficiently process and transfer up to 60 tonnes per hour of mixed feed directly into delivery trucks.
