🌺Women For Women 🌺
A free, in-person connection and support group.
Be compassionately supported, held and witnessed in your authenticity through Women for Women — a nurturing group space where women can gather, connect, and share from the heart.
This is a place where there is nothing you need to do and nowhere you need to be other than exactly where you are on your life journey. You are welcome to share and be heard, or simply be present and receive the support of the group.
Women for Women offers a safe and compassionate environment where you can feel seen, heard and understood without judgement, advice-giving, or expectation. Experience the beauty and healing power of women supporting women through genuine connection, presence and shared humanity. Together, we cultivate a sense of community, trust, belonging and authentic connection.
Whether you are navigating a challenge, seeking support, or simply longing for a heart-centred community where you can be fully yourself, you are welcome here. Rest, pause, share, laugh, cry, reflect, or simply be. Throughout each gathering, there will be time and space for you to honour your own needs and connect in whatever way feels right for you.
Clear guidelines regarding confidentiality and respectful behaviour will be in place to ensure a safe and supportive space for all participants.
🌺About your Facilitator
Women for Women was created by Indigo-Grace, a university-qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist, as well as a naturally intuitive and accredited Energy Healer. Inspired by a deep desire to foster meaningful support among women, this space offers an opportunity to connect with others who may understand, relate to, or have walked similar paths. Indigo has successfully created and facilitated many groups, workshops and circles over the past two decades for both women and men. She brings a deep belief in and respect of the innate wisdom within us all, our inner knowing, witnessing over and over again one’s ability to know their truth and find guidance from their inner compass.

✨ONLINE COMMUNICATION SKILLS WORKSHOP✨
Sunday 24 May, 2026. 2pm-4pm (AWST)
An online, interactive, live workshop for couples (partners, friends, co-parents, parent/teen) to learn and practice effective communication skills to improve connection and conflict resolution in interpersonal relationships. $99 for two people.
🥺Do you often feel unheard or not understood in a discussion?
😡Do you start out calmly trying to express your feelings or point of view, only to end up escalating and “having a fight”?
🤯Does the episode result in the silent treatment, walk outs, slammed doors, tears, rages and feeling hurt, confused and frustrated?
😵💫Do you feel as though you’re going around in circles, never really getting to the core of the problem or resolving the actual issue?
😵Does the “conversation” end up going down other paths, adding the past to this discussion?
✅YES to any of these means you, or your "other" would benefit from help in communication styles and skills.
In this workshop you will have some fun while you also:
🙂Learn key skills and practice them to form new habits.
🙂Receive information outlining skills required for effective communication and discuss these during the workshop.
🙂Practice with your partner and be guided through the process, including:
~ Active listening - being seen, heard and understood (misperception of what has been said is big contributor in communication breakdown.
~ "I" statements - prevents attacking and blaming the other person, helps the other to understand how you feel.
~ Non-verbal communication - body language, eye contact, etc.
~ Time hygiene - creating the best possible container for a successful outcome.
~ Empathy and validation - understanding the other’s viewpoint, even if you disagree
~ Constructive conflict - avoid making faces, using contemptuous gestures, or giving advice when you should be listening. Taking breaks if emotions run high, but do not shut down or "give the silent treatment".
This will help you to:
🎉Be clear and direct - clearly state your needs rather than expecting your partner to guess.
🎉Show appreciation - regularly communicate positive feelings and admiration.
🎉Be mindful of tone - use a respectful tone, especially during disagreements.
🎉Embrace disagreement - accept you don’t have to be right all the time and focus on finding a resolution together, rather than winning.
A pdf of the information will be provided so you can continue to practice the skills at home, on your own and with others.
Held online - Sunday, 24 May, 2026
