Introducing Unity Training's new training course for current OSH Reps - Transition from OSH Rep to WHS HSR training.

With new the Work Health and Safety (WHS) commencing 1 April 2022, current OSH Reps will need to understand their role and duties.

Duty to Consult
Powers and Functions of HSR's
Health and Safety Committees
Function of the Regulator (WorkSafe)
Cease Unsafe Work

This one day course is a must for current OSH Reps and is delivered face to face (with online delivery an option if needed).

It is not mandatory therefore OSH Reps will need permission from their PCBU/Employer to attend and request that they pay the course fees which are $310. Unity Training can offer discounts to groups of 6 or more OSH Reps at one organisation including delivery at the premises or Unit Training in Perth.

The new State WHS Act 2020 will come in late March 2022. The course will assist current OSH Reps to understand how the duties will change under the WHS Act.

This 1 Day course is for current OSH Rep’s under the OSH Act 1984 to transition to the new WHS Act 2020.

NEW TRAINING SESSION

Unity Training Services have introduced information sessions on the new Work Health and Safety Act 2020 (WA).

Health and Safety Representatives or HSR's play an important role in the improvement of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) in workplaces.

Unity Training have designed the information sessions into a 3 hour seminar to make sure managers, supervisors and staff are prepared for when the new Act and Regulations arrive. The sessions start from 9.30am and finish at 12.30pm.
