It has been sometime since our last post, however Bespoke Settlements is hoping to reconnect with old clients and connect with new ones in 2020.

As you may be aware, I’m a mother of two young children, which has seen me take time out of my profession to raise them. As most parents will attest, finding the right balance between working and parenting duties is challenging to say the least. Hence, it has been a little while since we have been active on our site. Today Bespoke Settlements completed its first transaction via PEXA (Property Exchange Australia) an electronic property settlement system. PEXA's purpose is to assist in the lodgement of documents with Land Registries and to finalise financial settlements electronically. The result was a seamless and expeditious settlement for my client through a faster transactional process.
