Being able to improve the range of motion in our shoulders is integral to maintaining shoulder health. Through the use of surfaces that reduce friction, those smaller stabilising muscles are forced into action!

~MY MOVEMENT EVOLUTION~
Super excited to be back on the gram and cannot wait to share with you what I’ve been creating.
This movement journey has changed so much for me and I cannot wait to show you what my workouts have evolved into.
Our bodies are the one thing that we take with us throughout our life so we HAVE to make it our priority to nourish them as best we can! Its as simple as move well, eat well and sleep well!!
