The Jetty Bar is a great addition to the previously run down East Street Jetty on the Swan River in Fremantle. But it is courting controversy because private boats are not allowed to tie up and enter the premises. This is part of the bar’s lease and should be fiercely controlled as wrong-doers are causing havoc to charter boats and their guests. This is already a problem and causing huge delays for both boarding and disembarking passengers especially in our peak season.
The charter boat world will not accept inaction by any party on this issue. Likewise, charter boats need to be more respectful of the time they are tied up at East Street. If we all work together, this Christmas season will be less stressful. 🎄🤶
