Consider this;

if all that you have done and believed,

all the rules and guidance you have followed,

all the dogmas, practices and worships you have adhered to,

all the things you have allowed and disallowed in your life as choices of moral, ethical or any type of right/wrong calculation that you have internally chosen to honour and obey

have led you to here, to this experience and state in your life,

and yet here is not where you wish to be

nor does it fulfil your need for feeling loved, seen, heard, understood, cared for and accounted for,

then maybe it’s time to reconsider at least some of what you believe and choose,

some of what you understand to be right or wrong action,
because whatever you have been doing hasn’t been working.

Perhaps it is time to reconsider and make some changes?"
