I’ve always wanted to make Dani Valent’s Basque Cheesecake. We had sort of-end of year dinner party last Christmas. And oh my goodness! This cake is to die for! Super delicious especially after chilled! Its so soft and not sickly sweet or “muak” like i usually had ones before. Me and Aiman cannot stop eating. Initially thought to give some to neighbours after thinking I can’t eat half of this! But then….. whoops 🙊

P/s. Would love to do it again but not in nearest time. Gotta watch my weight too! 🤪
